And basically fuck-all has happened.
I'm down to 13st, and am stuck there. I'm eating like a pig and am cheating on my diet every day as I'm absolutely crazy for carbs. I just can't help myself.
On the plus side, my gym antics mean I'm starting to see muscle growth which means I must in theory be losing some body fat if I still weigh the same each week.
So even if I continue this way, my body should be looking better in three months time. Of course, I'm desperate to knock the cheats on the head but I can't seem to stop myself.
